Often we find that it is not just one thing that is holding us, but a messy mix of many issues that brings us to a place of overwhelm. I am here to help you untangle the web of overwhelm and develop empowering tools to restore hope, joy, and well-being.
My Story
Life has given me a sense of humour and a great deal of grace and humility. I am the mom of 5 dogs who make me laugh daily, two grown children who call me daily like clockwork, and two beautiful grandchildren that always remind me to slow down and just be in each moment as it comes.
You can often find me standing in the barn smelling the horses' muzzles; the smell of fresh grass and soft whiskers is a weakness for me. I was made for the sun, and as soon as the temperature drops below 15 degrees you’ll find me bundled up!
Growing up on a farm riding horses and raising my kids the same way has given me a strong belief that nature can be a great space for healing and restoration. This is why I offer the choice to incorporate time connecting with animals and nature as a part of our session! During the cooler months, I often turn to hands-on art projects that have a therapeutic benefit for those clients that wish to incorporate this type of activity into their therapy sessions. Nature, Art & Animals are great backdrops for therapeutic growth.

Learning to navigate the world as an empath took some time to figure out. There were times that I wished I could turn it off until I learned to purpose it.
Now I see it as my “superpower”
